There was an opportunity to use this very specific seasonality to spur consumers into action, to get off their collective backsides and coat their decks. The message was also a great fillip for retailers. Cabot’s is a very clear market leader. The ongoing challenge is to innovate and refresh their message, as demonstrated here.
