For those with an interest in architecture and pop culture (that’s us), here it is: the house, about an hour north of Chicago, which we’re pretty sure is the one famously used in Ferris Bueller’s Day Off. It housed the sublime Ferrari 250 Spider that Ferris persuaded his friend, Cameron, to take for for a spin. The biography on the architect is worth reading too. They don’t make ’em like this any more.
